You might be surprise with title but its fact that it is just 24 hrs of stay in pune i am talking about. Its a perfect small, tidy visit to Pune from Vinayak n me Perfect for me because everything went good in my own way for this trip. We started at around 415 pm n reached at Dipu's place at 7:10 pm. Thats why our countdown started from 7:10. After few minutes of relaxing we were ready to go for dinner. Hema was along with us for dinner as she was not suppose to meet us on Sunday. Because of IBM cricket tournament and as she is imp member of her team(kidding), she was unable to make it on Sunday. We were finding restra Savera at night time, but we cdnot find it. So we tried another one. Indeed it served us great food. After having a lot of fun while having dinner, we back to home as we need to wake up early for our thvur plan. Thevur is the place where one of Ashtavinayak ganpati, Chintamani stays here. We were out of home at 6 and came back to pune city by 830am. While coming dipu drives car for some time. He is very poor in starting stage but I understand he was driving after a long time. We called Minu on her home number after we tried calling her on her cell. After some time she called up and we got invitation for the breakfast, certainly we were not in mood of denying it at all. Meantime she gets prepared we saw sarasbag ka ganpati and dagduseth ka ganpati. We spend some time almost one n half hour to 2 hrs at minu's home and we came back to dipu's home.

After relaxing for some time we were on way to crossword for our lunch schedule. At crossword pampam, harshal, shree, minu, me , dipu, vinu, sayali, seema, smita met together. I hope I did not forgot somebody.... I was meeting sayali firsti time. We went to the restra named sounding like bamboo, I dont remember exact name of hotel. After having somewhat non traditional way of ordering food kind of lunch we spend a lot of time deciding what to do next. As we need to go back asap to mumbai (I need to reach early mumbai because on sunday i need to karnala with my school friends), We were finding amusement which is near and spend some reasonably too. At last after a lot of discussion we were on the way to amusement park. I dont remember name of it something like fun ....

Ultimate choice was bowling. This time girls improve a lot, minu as usual same form. Shree n Smita did well. Boys section dipu n pampam tops score and vinu was last......

Then our feet moves to disco, We dance for almost half an hour. I don't know about others but I was dancing after a long period. We were just seven not much big not much small to group too. Some nice songs and we really enjoyed well. Now its was getting to late for us. I too really like to spend some more time but because of time constraints (specially from my side) we cannot spend much time there. vinu, deepu n me came to dipu's home, took bags and we were on the way to home back to mumbai. Almost 710pm we started our journey back. I was at home at 930pm. Its all beacasue of Vinu's driving at constant speed of 120 km per hour. Everybody was silent in car no music not much chat. Car was in a shear pace, moving rapidly to Mumbai. We crossed expressway in less than one hour. Not a single vehilce overtake us. Indeed a risky fast n furious driving by Vinu.

I really did not get annoyed not for spending more time. Because I feel I spend quality time with all. That's imp than anything. Perfectly plan trip, atleast i think.

Work

Sometimes I always wonder why there is delay for projects. Where it takes long time. Here I like to share my experience. I am in the development phase of my project since last four months. Project is wrong word here, rather I say, POC, proof of concept. In first month, I was just waiting for software to be installed so total time gone waste. Still client hold me for that time, good for my company as I was billable. Soon poc kicks off and after long hours debating ups and downs, I mange to put thigns correctly at the mid of March. I was the only developer in that project. Pressure time, nobody to guide are some characteristics of the work. Now client want to sell the poc for their internal department and get revenue and raise money for project i.e. for me. So demo one back to one. Till now two demo finished. Still two to go. I always require for backup and to put things on track. But funny things is that there is no development as of now. Apart from demo no work as much. You can say that you can work on the project aspect and extend the poc. But there is no gaurantee that front end will be in java or dot net, no information about the future enhancment, in that way I am really helpless. But I can take a time to fill my blog and do own study whatever I like.I even dont bother to persue learning, not hesitate if somebody watching me.Because I have answer to defend if somebody raise concern. In all sense who got more benefited is the my company, getting revenue for nothing.
Time management is really key to success.But cannot ignore dutch style of the management. They are too good. Planning is heart of their project and they put money on that like hell and for development they are sharp and with less mistakes too. But not always. We can learn planning from them but they must learn about the developement. We are best in that n whole world knows about it.

India Calling

It has been almost seven months, mez away from home. Time to come home and take a rest, refresh, join back here again. Its a stupid weather here nowdays sometimes sunny with temprature just aroudn 25 and second day stays low. In the mornining I always remain confuse shall I take wear light jacket or heavy jacket? I dont know what will happen to me when I will be in India specially summer season temp above 30, just thinking of it makes me scare. And that too load shading. Dont ask about that. I will go crazy on that. But nice to have some India stuff to eat. It has been long time I tested real Indian home made stuffs. We cooked food here but it has no spark that we have in India.
N how to forget about family and friends. After a long really long time. This is the first time in my entire life, I stay far for long time in my life. Now feels like time comes to decide its just a extended trip or else. But there is a lot to learn from culture over here. I really like to implement that in myself to make me a better person on earth. It's indiaor NL, rules of life remains same, we follow or not thats the different things. Looking forward to my India trip. Its just includes lots of gifts, meeting with family n friends, outings(no malls atleast), a loads of Indian spicy stuffs. Countdown already begings....less than a month so.. See ya

Swiss Trip

Yet another fantastic trip, But as you know all trips are normal i.e. if everything goes perfect in your trip then you need to make sure that nothing miserable happens at last moment to make your extra-ordinary trip ordinary.Same happens to our Swiss trip. Frankly speaking we did not plan trip like we did for the Europe tour. We decided to see limited venues and spending time instead of running at all the places.
We started our journey with City Night Line train, one of the best night train I ever seen, great comfert, Morning we were in the Basel, a place which is part which located at border of France, Germany and Swiss. Famous place was Rhine(don't know spell is correct or not) river, market. I did not find this place impressive.At 10 we started our journey towards Interlaken, one of the best tourist place in the Swiss. No wonder why many people comes here. Its just a heaven. Interestingly 40% tourist were Indians over here. We reached around 12 PM and we saw Cruise was about to leave for lake ride. Interlaken is the place which is situated at corner of two lakes. This is the place where two lakes meet together. Lake ride was one of the best part. Lots of "Windows Desktop" we saw in that ride. In my life such views I saw in the forwards mails only, but this time I was seeing in reality.Lake surrounded by the ice covered mountains, sunny sky makes things perfect. After 4 hours of trip, we landed on the of the corner of lake called as the Thun. We took bus to get back to Interlaken. But bus stopped on the one of the stop and driver told us that this runs up to this place only. After half an hour another bus will come and will take u.Meanwhile we discovered a cable train which takes to top of mountain. That was indeed a surprise for all of us. Cable train took us at top and we just amaze with the view. First time I saw ice covering whole mountain. At top we did lot of fun. Its very diff to walk on the ice, almost one feet big hole after putting your leg in the ice. We reached at top of that mountain and photo session started.
After very tired travel and whole day without bath, we decided to hit our hotel. It was very near to the station and within one hour we were out for food. We discovered Indian restra and ate a lot. After a long time we were eating some dhang ka food. Don't ask about bill, it was too much.
Second day out spot was Top of Europe ie janfraug.We caught the train from the interlaken and after changing three train we were at the top. But travel by three train was not easy. First one was OK, but second and third train travel was almost like train running on strip path almost 45 degree inclination. How train engine was handling to move its other compartment to go up god knows. Same for brake too. Swiss guys use their train system to the limit, bravo to them.At the top, it was sunny, everywhere snow. Temperature was too much ie not cold but too hot, that's I also experienced first time. Just in front of us helicopter landed, it seems he parks the helicopter and went away, we took lot of snaps there. But view from top was amazing, extremely sorry I cannot put in the words over here, I am not poet nor writer, its the thing need to be experienced cannot write down. Sorry for that. We walked a lot on the snow and got too tired. All the infrastructure at the top from Swiss govt was excellent. No panic, No danger, everything was planned and arranged systematically. The way Swiss promoted their tourism is incredible, they are master in it. Janfraug took us whole one day. Body was tired and again we hit the Indian Restra, again don't ask about bill. After that we went to place where we catch Cruise on first day just roaming at station.
Third day We woke up at 5 and were ready by 6 to go Mount Pilatus and Mount Titli. View from Golden panoramic Train was great. Train always runs near to shore of lake and giving great views from train. Our first destination was Pilatus. we went to luzern n we took bus. We started our journey towards the Pilatus from one of the cable car. First time in my life I was taking ride of cable car. Ride took almost 1 hour with change of cable car one time. Again view from top was too too great, we were in the clouds and it feels very great over there. Snow everywhere and sunny and cloudy, mix time of environment makes things perfect for trip. After Pilatus, we went to the Mount Titli. One of the top point in Swiss. We change cable cars trice and we were at the top. Lots of excursion rides making our time memorial, Again lots of snaps, then we came to luzern back and then came to zuirich. We had our dinner in mcde and city roaming. Everything was perfect, no problem at all. Now just hit the train and go to sleep. But...
Just before starting of train we found out that our return journey date is two month after ie in June, none of us saw this before, and we were not allow in the train. Its a shock to us in minutes, we need to reach at clients place any how on Tuesday. We went to travel desk they gave us way to Amsterdam by catching three trains and we can reach to Utrecht at 1130.Again we paid there and changing trains at Basel, Koln. From Koln we again enquired and came to know if we start journey by diff route we can reach utrech by 10 but changing four trains. So we decided to change four trains. I don't know name of the places, but some how we mange to do that. Now I am in office feeling sleepy, need to attend meeting in the evening, n writing blog in sleepy mood too. Hv a nice time.

Demo At Fortis

Yesterday we had demo of the solution to the internal team. Still demo to the business people is yet to do. Interestingly they did not call me up for demo, that was too surprise for me. I prepared whole demo on my own. Just a day before I trained a guy from their side to explain how to operate demo. But I got a call just before meeting, please come, something is not working. I felt very nice even thought something was not working. Issue was very minor as there was not permission on that machine to install activex. One more issue eating up was with the authentications. That I seted properly and it works fine.
I personally feel whole blame to the guy who was setting demo at meeting time instead of before meeting. This is the first time they were running demo with different user and you expect such kind of authentications problems comes in pictures. But increasing your dependency on the project becomes highly vital for such things. Or else you will be ignored fully. I learnt a lot from this lesson. Bottom line is that you and you are the important, and you must appreciated when you feel that you had done great job. You deserve it Vinay....

Europe....... Still to go beyond the lines

When you achieve something in ur life then its value gets decreases and life demands more from you. It happens to me as well. What else a software engg want, a on sight, nice pack but he loose his best of life to live with his family, close friends too either. All things happen for a money. Its not the Indian economy booming, its our needs are increasing. We know, we are making mistakes but we do follow our mistakes continuously again n again. Point is what we decide to our country and making sure that we can do a bit to make our country more happening place.

Some interesting facts I saw here in the Netherlands. Few days back there was strike of the public bus services. Here strikes means don't take money from people to travel. It does not cause anything for daily routine of the people but it affects travel company. I feel we need to learn a lot from this. If same kind of strikes happen in India, we need to take auto might be.

What do u feel Europe is totally accomplish than us? Certainly answer is no. In last month there was power interrupted for an hour. Impacts of it was very serious. Train stop as they use same power to rail too. In parking area automatic control unit for checking entry pass of car stop as no power supply and cars were in the line up out side of all offices. It happens in 15 years in a time. Even after power come again it took almost two hours to start my desktop machine as there were activating all servers again. I felt that now its all in control but still problem was on while going home as train were not running properly because of morning power failure all timetable gone for a toss. So this is Europe. Nothing special all about Europe.

But there is a lot to learn from them and too implement in our country too. I am learning that things and like to do same things in India too. Let see............

Europe Tour Frankfurt, France, Italy, Monte Carlo

First Day

Utrecht station we were standing for the bus to Frankfurt at jaarberplein. Unfortunately bus was too late. Regular time was at 11 PM. Finally bus arrived at 11.30 PM. Bus was too big larger than our Volvo buses that we have in India. Bus was already filled with people who came from Amsterdam. We were five Abhijit, Roshini, Bala, Pankaj and me. We were scattered in the bus as there was no space in the bus where we can sit together. Expected time at Frankfurt was 5 AM. Bus came to Frankfurt half hour early 430 am. Thanks to German government as there is no speed limit in the Germany for vehicles. I woke up 15 minutes before bus comes to Frankfurt.

We asked for guidance to find way to hotel. One of the local bus drivers guided us to find hotel. We were aware that hotel check in time is 9am and we are early to go in hotel. Still we decided to go for a try. Hotel guy allow us to stay in hotel but told us to pay some more money. As it was too early, 4:45 AM in the morning and we were in sleepy mood we were ready to pay for it. So finally we settle down with him and got rooms in hotel. We had great sleep and we were out of hotel at 9 am for Frankfurt city tour.

We asked at tourist counter they told us we can provide guided tour at 230PM only. We booked tickets for that and we started roaming around the city on our own. Firstly we saw euro council where European Union bank business occurs . European Union has control over euro. This council is responsible for major bank operations in the Europe we had lot of snaps there in different poses. Then we went to see main tower we went to top of the building to see Frankfurt it was great decision to go up. Again we had lot of the snaps over there.
After that we went to mac de our only one food center in Europe.
While going to station one car just passed away in front of us. In that car our very own himesh reshmiya’s song ek bar aja aja was playing. Frankfurt mainly known as modern city and financial capitol we saw lots of sky scrapper building in Frankfurt. Most of the part of Frankfurt was destroyed in the Second World War but they build again this city so most of the parts are modern in Frankfurt.
We had almost three hours of the city trip after coming to city and had dinner in Indian restra.
After a long time we had Indian food so we were just delighted after having food. After almost three months we ate bendi masala, chana masala and roti n biryani.

Interesting thing was that hotel where we stayed was of Marathi guy, who used to stay in dadar. That sounds great to know for all of us.

In train Frankfurt to Paris at 539PM Dec 24 Christmas Eve

Morning was too cool for us temperature was almost 0 degree but sun in the sky making us warm and was encouraging us to see German financial capital, Frankfurt. We saw almost same places that we saw yesterday but this time on our own and with our own pace. Church ie ROMA was too good to see. There was not entry for visitors today but some how we manage to see most of the inner parts of the church
Little history: This church took almost 500 years to build as most of the time because of the political issue and financial problem work has been disturb many times. Only after 500 later after it has been build whole church build according to planed as before 500 years.

Later we saw some of the sky scrapers in the Frankfurt. In this city there are more than 250 banks and 150 banks among them are foreign banks. More than 30% of the people are non German. That's sounds interesting. Even hotel we were stay was belongs to Indian guy, a typical marathi family hotel.

We were finding a souvenir from here. We almost spent more than 1 hour in mcde as we were having lot of time to spend to catch train. After that we were at station for almost 1 hour waiting for our train. Here we saw simran running for a train on the platform. Just like dilwale dulhaniya le jayenge seen. Here romeo was absent, only Juliet was running for train in same fashion as of simiran. At last we boarded train. In train there was electric power supply. We put on our gizmos on. My camcorder, Pankaj's laptop, all cameras and mobile all were setup to data transfer to laptop. I downloaded almost more than 120 videos from my camcorder to Pankaj's laptop. Others soon followed by copying their snaps from their cameras to laptop. Then time comes to watch videos and snaps. We spent almost more than 2 hours to see most of the snaps. Just we had our snacks time around 5 PM. Now all are relaxed waiting for Paris to come. Paris is almost 3 hours from here now. I am going to plan Paris trip soon i.e. where to go and how to go to hotel n all stuff.

Hey I am running out of time to write a blogs in travel so I am going to cut short now.

I finishes planning for the Paris trip also. But when we reached paris somewhere outskirt of city, We were looking for Metro, whole map was in my hand and we were running here and there. Luckly one aged woman showed us Metro Station. After some changing one Metro we reached our destination. Hotel was near to Eiffel but not visible from hotel. We reached late in hotel, after putting our luggage we ran out to find food. Some how we manage to get french fries, too oily but no option other than to eat.

Next morning we ran to find out Eiffel Tower. And we got bit nervous because half of the Eiffel was in the fog. But I visited this place earlier also two years back, so I was bit ok but for others it was first time. So they go nervous. After that we gave to go up Eiffel tower and decided to next day. That whole day we saw Paris city. It was christmass eve and whole paris was lightening up.

Great day I ever spend in my life. In the evening bus cought in traffic and how shud i forgot song rubaroo and dance by bala at upper deck of bus. Truely great company I had.

on 26th Boxing day, again we ran to see Eiffet tower in the morning and this time it was pretty visible. So brought ticket to go up and within an half of hour. we were top. Took dozens of snaps and video shoot there. Then again our joruney starts to see paris. One of the tourist attraction, louvra biggest museum in the world where monalisa is placed, was closed. But we did not miss other parts of paris.

In the evening it was different scene altogehter.

New World

today i entered in the new arena, ie new company capgemini, today i was signing papers throughout the day there were too much legal formalities by companies, really got tired food was too good atleast for first day after eating daily that food will also feel pakau in future infrastrucuture was too good there were four development centers in same location all on ground floor only no buildilng at all (i got habit of seating on 7th floor in hyd) gals were too good most of the public were looking young n fresh too i was alocated in vikhroli west office for java/j2ee
still to project is yet to decide will take almost one week to decide that one for permanent icard they said it will take almost three weeks that is horrible i thought it will come in two and three days also come to know that will have mail access between 1 to 3 pm only that is too bad but thats ok for me as i do check mails daily at home overall days was ok

Here Again

Here again after long time writing blog sometime i need to recall password i put for this blog after two or three attempts i remember last one month was very busy for me specially viral fever came at wrong time that put me at back step but life took very dramtic turn now i feel all things in place in perfect condition god gave me more what i expected if i demand any more then i will be most selfish person on earth still some hurdles remain and need to cope up with that i like to blog more but have time constraint will definately dumb more blog soon till then its bye

also room shifting took lot of hell from me
but interesting part was for me late night eat street sitting with dipu and suraj
here nobody likes to seat at one place and enjoi and talk about each other
always running for hyd central or shoppers stop for shopping
i got fade up with shopping, whats people finding interesting in ac shopping malls god knows
ok where i was ya eat street we had lot of fun over there
one group came over there with guitar
and sung a song alla ke bande and rubaroo
i like to much that

then watchmes came to push us all out of eat street
it was almost 12 night
sunday i did transfer of whole luggage to new flat
i like that flat too much i dont know why
its very silent and cool place over there
in the evening i took a watch
while entering in central we escape from narrow skidding of bike
i was not driving bike this time
night after send off to manish we went to paradise i dipu rishi and suraj

yday i was in the old room only just to keep company of dipu n others

then directly to office

new hopes

Hey Guys Good Morning to u all
Today i went for class n come to know no class today
so came back early in office
yesterday was great day
i was struggling for code from morning almost gave up
but in the evening i dont what happen suddenly code strikes
i went well for me
yeserday i and dipu had dinner with min and shree
after long day we were meeting shree
surprise to see min as she was on time
today i send mail to her complaning that she dont reply me to any mail
nowdays i feel i am not track in terms of career and will pay me off after few month
just i want let it go life as it is going
still some more dedication require to devote career
but making sure that i am not geting trap in specific technology rather than all archetectural knowledge in integration of various product. tibco, sap, jsp are surely on card for in next four month henceforth and then only will be biggest move in my life will be
just one line can make difference for me in my life that is
"make sure that what u want to be in future by reading future requirement in the market for technology" Nobody knows future but surely u can guess it and try it rather sitting at one place and watch the world. for me its Plenty of things to do. "Peak it yet to come Vinay, just try it u have lot to do in life" keep it up
